Paradox Interactive accumulated over $500,000 in respite for the coronavirus crisis, through a short sale of its games at the begin of the month (via GamesIndustry.biz).
Paradox Reciprocal is supporting the rest period efforts against the COVID-19 pandemic with a fundraiser sale on Steam, and Cities: Skylines is included!

Titles like Cities: Skylines, Age of Wonders: Planetfall, Pillars of Timelessness, and Surviving Mars were discounted between Apr 1 and April 3, and proceeds have gone to the WHO and Integrated Nations Foundation. The company thanked players for their support which generated the impressive total, and encouraged its community to stay safe in the pandemic.

Numerous developers and publishers have affianced to extend aid to those who are bearing the brunt of the coronavirus crisis. For example, CD Projekt Red donated $950,000 to the Fundacja Wielka Orkiestra ÅšwiÄ…tecznej Pomocy to ameliorate the response to coronavirus in Poland. And, Ndemic Creations has donated $250,000 to the Coalition of Epidemic Readiness Innovations, and the Humanity Health Organisation's COVID-19 Solidarity Response Fund.
Last month, Twitch's StreamAid 2020 raised almost $3 million for that fund, of which Ubisoft given $150,000 to the total. Jagex, developer of Runescape, gave £100,000 to trinity mental health charities in the Britain, and boosted the bi of in-secret plan events and online activities to entertain players through isolation. Finally, Menhir Games currently offers all bonus content in both Dungeons and Dragons Online and Lord of the Rings Online for free until April 30.
